Mexico City.- Ruben Moreiraparliamentary coordinator of the PRI in the Chamber of Deputies, revealed that the federal Executive reflected in its initiative of electrical reform that 46 percent of the electricity is produced by individuals, including foreign companies, but without legal certainty in the investment.
He further indicated that the PRI proposed to Brunette change the rules for abusive businessmen who have committed fraud with the current law on the matter, mainly by not paying for the transmission and distribution of electricity that they generate.
However, the legislator charged that Brunette has not accepted those considerations.

“A few days ago, the President of the Republic, Brunettecalled us traitors for voting against (the electricity reform), however, in the initiative that he sent to the House, he allows 46 percent of electricity to be produced by individuals, including foreigners, and this is not stated either Mario Slimthe leader of Brunette, they themselves recognize the need for this investment. Where is the difference? Well, they want that participation, but the other side threatens to confiscate them, to change the rules, not to allow them to do many things, so nobody is going to invest, but they also want it (private investment), too they want her, nothing more than without security,” he said in a video posted on his social networks.
“What did we propose to Brunette?, put an end to the abuses, indeed there are many bad businessmen who cheated the law, and who pay little for the electricity, because they do not pay; because they do not pay for the transmission, that is, to take it from one place to another; because they do not pay for distribution, that is, distribute it within the city; because they don’t pay what is called backup, that is, when electricity is required and they can’t produce it, they have to deliver it to CFE, because there is something called auctions where they don’t enter, let’s say with a flat floor, that is, they they take advantage We told Brunette let’s change this, and Brunette did not accept”, reproached the PRI.
He indicated that his party has also suggested Brunette a subsidy for solar panels, to lower the cost of electricity, and guarantee those who have one in their home, that they do not take it away or prohibit them from using it.
“Brunette I do not accept it. Let me tell you why we voted against it and basically it is the following, we proposed to Brunette electricity as a human right, what does this mean? That no one can be deprived of electricity supply for not having money, that the service is also taken to the most distant places in this country and that it is a right to have access to it
“We ask for respect for private investment, and along with it a CFE strong, two things that seem incompatible, but that a national project can be built with a very strong Mexican industry for everyone, and on the other hand with the participation of Mexican companies in the market,” the deputy listed.
He added that they raised Morena electric power free to those who have the least, after assuring that there are three and a half million households in the country that cannot pay the electricity.
“It is financially viable and Brunette no, he did not want to approve it, what a curious thing,” he claimed.
On the issue of lithium, he agreed that the wealth generated by that metal should be for Mexicans, as well as oil and other minerals, but with the difference that it is extracted with the participation of the IP and with cutting-edge technology.
“With the possibility that the wealth that is generated there is distributed among all and all and does not go to a bottomless barrel that could be a bad company, but do not be deceived, we also proposed this, this is one of the reasons that we presented to a majority group and that they have not accepted.

“We extend our hand to all political parties to continue working for Mexicowe do not believe that a climate of polarization, of lawsuits, of lynching is correct, because everyone loses in those lawsuits except the politicians, the housewives lose, because today there is not enough to eat, the students lose, they cannot go to its universities, the workers lose, and the countryside loses, to which Morena is sending less money,” he concluded.
