The Vallila allotment garden was full of noise after noon. Some put the yards in order by mowing the grass, some had lunch on the program.

Filippo Vimini and Katia Sirna played two volleyballs in the sand. Plans for the rest of the evening after the volleyball were already clear.

“We go here to our friends for a drink. From there we continue to Cafe Ursula, ”Vimini said.

Gustavo Alavedra, Sonja Lyly and Julya Trubachyova in turn enjoy the sunshine. The trio also did not plan to spend the entire evening in Hietsu.

Lyly said she was about to go swimming if there was no algae in the water. The water in Hietsu was about 18 degrees on Friday.

In the sompa sauna there was also a large crowd around 5 p.m.

Kari Sutinen cooled down next to the steam building after the steam.

“Midsummer’s Eve has gone well. I’ve been here for a couple of hours and of course I went swimming, ”Sutinen said.

Sutinen, who lives in Alppila, said that she visits Sompasauna almost every day.

“The rest goes home. The menu includes sausages, herring and new potatoes, ”Sutinen predicts.
