The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazónhas announced the creation of five immediate response groups to the DANA emergency, which will act on its behalf and will be headed by different councillors. DANA has been of “a magnitude that no one could imagine,” Mazón stated after the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi), which has continued for several hours.
