Sinaloa.- The Mazatlan Carnival is a reflection of the fact that massive events can be held with sanitary measures corresponding, acknowledged Miguel Hernández Fonseca, president of the Federation of National Chambers of Commerce (Fecanak) of the State of Sinaloa.

He said that the success of the maximum festival of the port gives rise to other events crowded in the remainder of this year.
The first parade of allegorical cars recognized that it has been one of the events with the greatest agglomeration, after gathering more than 237 thousand people on the boardwalk. The Olas Altas promenade, where the celebration was held, he specified, is another example of concentration of people, bringing together more than 20,000 attendees daily.
Without specifying a total number of people participating in the celebration, he assured that everything possible was done to avoid infections that have been suffered since 2020.

After concluding the carnival, he indicated that the municipality will concentrate on activities related with the holiday period of Easter 2022.
Later, he commented that the International Motorcycle Week will be held, which brings together thousands of motorcyclists from different parts of the country.
The leader of the Fecanaco pointed out that both events will concentrate hundreds of people, who must comply with the sanitary protocols to enter the places where they are held.

The healthy distance, the use of face masks and the carrying of antibacterial gel, he mentioned, are the measures to be resolved.
