Maserati launches the new one special edition F Tributo in North America, on the US and Canadian markets. This limited series covers the Levante and Ghibli models, and was designed by the Trident car manufacturer to celebrate the racing world. The letter “F”, in fact, is a tribute to Juan Manuel Fangio, a historic Formula One driver who, back in 1954, personally took part in the debut of the brand in the world’s largest car competition at the wheel of the Maserati 250F.
The new F Tributo special edition is available on both Ghibli and Levante in colors Tributo Red and Tribute Blue: the former was chosen by Maserati as many of its most famous racing cars competed in similar shades, while the latter refers to the blue and yellow colors of Modena, the city that houses the historic headquarters of the brand. To embellish the aesthetic appearance of this limited series of the Trident sedan and SUV there are the yellow brake calipers and wheel covers, another tribute to Juan Manuel Fangio as the 250F driven by him in 1954 had a red and yellow livery. While the Ghibli F Tributo Special Edition features 21 ″ Titano wheels finished in gloss black, the Levante F Tributo Special Edition boasts 21 ″ Anteo wheels, also finished in gloss black. Inside the cabin, on the other hand, the contrasting red and yellow stitching perfectly matches the black full grain leather. Lastly, the engine range remained unchanged.
