Inter, Marotta president. “Thank you for the trust”
Giuseppe Marotta has accepted the job and will become the new president of Inter, which officially enters the Oaktree era. He thus becomes the 22nd number one in Nerazzurri history.

The board of directors appointments proposed by Oaktree were also decided: Alejandro Cano, Katherine Ralph, Renato Meduri, Carlo Ligori, Delphine Nannan, Fausto Zanetton.

“FC Internazionale Milano SpA (“Inter” or the “Club”) announces today the proposed appointment of Giuseppe Marotta as new President and the new composition of the Company’s Board of Directors, which will be confirmed by the Shareholders’ Meeting to be held in Milan today. The proposed appointments follow the recent change of ownership of the Club. On 22 May 2024, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, LP (“Oaktree”) assumed ownership of Inter following the failure to repay the three-year loan granted by Oaktree to Inter holding company.
