The aerial bombardment over Mariupol, Ukraine, which began during the morning of this Thursday (10) recorded at least one death. “Today, at 8:00 am (3:00 GMT), in the area of ​​Budivelnikov Avenue, the Russian occupation forces fired through planes at the resisters,” the local city government said via Telegram.

This new attack came after a children’s hospital in Mariupol was hit this Wednesday (9) in the city. In the action, three people died, including two minors, and 17 were injured.

The city, located in southeastern Ukraine, has about 500,000 inhabitants and is one of the most affected by attacks by Russian troops since the invasion of the country began on February 24.

According to the deputy mayor of Mariupol, Pioty Andryuschenko, 1,300 inhabitants have died in the city because of bombings and attacks since the beginning of the Russian invasion. The prefecture also said that Mairupol has no heating, water or electricity, and citizens are running out of food and medicine.
