A man was arrested after being discovered trying to extract human remains inside of Yanez Pantheonlocated on Israel González and Periférico Norte streets, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sonora (FGJES).
Due to his probable responsibility for the crime of exhumation of corpsethe FGJES managed to get a Control Judge to link Ramiro to the process and impose justified preventive detention as a precautionary measure. Enrique “N”, 29 years old, committed in a cemetery in the capital of Sonora.
The subject was captured by Municipal Public Security elements on June 3 inside the Pantheon Yáñez, located on Israel González and Periférico Norte streets, who were responding to a report by the alleged exhumation of a body.
The first respondent made the detainee available to the Public Ministry, beginning the investigations and managing to gather evidence to prove the probable responsibility of the accused for the exhumation of two people, whose remains he threw to the ground when he was surprised by the Public Security elements.
Given this, the Judge determined to link the process to Ramiro Enrique “N”, who was admitted to a Social Reintegration Center (CERESO) under the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention, waiting for the subsequent procedures indicated in the criminal process to be carried out.
