Granada CF and the French Olympique de Marseille have reached an agreement for the transfer of the Colombian attacker Luis Suárez, reported the Spanish club late on Monday night.
Luis Suárez will travel with permission from Granada to carry out the pertinent medical examination with the French team, the rojiblanco club added.
New challenge for the Colombian
The 24-year-old Colombian international was one of the players called to leave Granada this summer after the descent of the team to LaLiga SmartBank, something that has finally happened.
Luis Suárez arrived at Granada transferred from English club Watford after performing at a high level at Zaragoza and has spent two seasons in the rojiblanco team.
His transfer is the second completed by Granada in just a few days after the recent departure of Portuguese goalkeeper Luis Maximiano to Italian Lazio.
