Yesterday Iran claimed responsibility for the raids against targets in Iraq, where it claims to have destroyed the “headquarters” of the Israeli spy services in Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan. “We oppose Iran's reckless missile attacks,” said the United States, which has bombed Yemen in recent days in response to attacks by Houthi forces in the Red Sea on ships linked to Israel. Meanwhile, Israeli bombing continues in the Gaza Strip where, since 7 October, at least 24,285 people have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and more than 61,154 have been injured, while 7,000 remain missing.
