What working and economic conditions do Lidl and Aldi offer?

However, the Aldi brand does not specify the exact salary of its employees, although they range between 900 and 1,300 euros, depending on the hours worked and the position to be held.
Also, it should be noted that both German companies prioritize the contractual longevity of their workers, since 92% of Aldi workers have an indefinite contract, while 75% of Lidl employees they have unlimited duration within the company, as they promised the labor unions.
