The Labor and Social Security Inspection (ITSS) has sent 39,116 letters to companies to regularize and make 86,903 workers permanentas reported by the organization through a message on its social networks.
This initiative is part of the II Plan against fraudwhich the Labor Inspection has launched and which aims to regularize fraudulent discontinuous temporary and permanent contracts into permanent ones.

Likewise, the Labor Inspection, an organization dependent on the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, has indicated to companies that they must regularize contracts “within the established period”, because, otherwise, “inspection actions will be initiated.”
