New staff will have to join immediately
Renfe’s free passes and discounts have caused a multitude of doubts from users when requesting them and knowing how they work. It affects suburban, medium-distance, Alvia and AVE, so many travelers are interested in requesting it. To prevent possible queues and hold-ups at ticket offices and hold-ups at transport stations, the company has decided to reinforce its staff to offer better service.
To do this, it has opened a job bank in search of customer service workers for commuter trains. Specifically, it is its subsidiary company LogiRail that launches the offer looking for new staff. The new workers will be selected in various parts of Spain, as is the case in the Region of Murcia. Also in Madrid, Catalonia, Seville, Cádiz, Málaga, Alicante, Cantabria, Asturias, Valencia, Bilbao, San Sebastián, Zaragoza, Galicia, Valladolid and Ávila.
Among the requirements, its ease of access stands out: only the ESO graduate degree and command of Spanish are required, in addition to other languages depending on the region of interest (Catalan, Eskera, Galician). New hires will be trained for the position, so no prior experience is required. What Renfe does ask for is availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between mornings and afternoons.
The incorporation must be immediate, before August 24, and will last until October 31. The monthly salary will start at 1,100 euros per month. Those interested in the job offer should send their CV to the address ‘[email protected]’ with the subject ‘JOB OFFER SAC CERCANÍAS + [provincia en la que se quiera trabajar]’.
