– The goal of the summer vacation for some of us was to register in the summer school activity without any study, it was only simple and innovative games, sports and cultural competitions, training in basic life skills, an opportunity to meet students who are not from your school, and to take school trips to the cities of the Emirates.
Summer was innocent in those days, and every year it brought us a new love that grows in the heart, and messages falter in arriving, but the days and the flight of age forward make us forget, and miss the features of some faces, especially when the girl grows up and wears clothes, and becomes cut off from playing Skik or study in Quran schools, then we know that the girl of so-and-so has become a bride, and does not reveal to boys, so we bid her farewell to her in her last summer with silent tears, perhaps she does not know about her, and perhaps I hid her in a warm corner at the outskirts of her heart, and the riders walked with her, or in old cars.
