SAO PAULO (Reuters) – The initial public offering (IPO) of the topic warehouse and industrial equipment rental company has been suspended, according to a publication on the website of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).
The company had applied for registration for the offer in June, looking for resources to strengthen its financial capacity and buy rivals.
With it, reached 67 plans for IPOs canceled in Brazil in 2021 alone, amid a rapid deterioration of the country’s macroeconomic scenario. There are still about 30 orders under review at the CVM, most of them suspended, while companies prefer to wait for a possible improvement in the market before deciding whether to go ahead with their offers or cancel.
