Hospital admissions for coronavirus in the Region of Murcia continue to feel the effect that the pandemic subsides every day. There are already less than 300 patients fighting the virus in the Community’s health centers. There are currently 285 people hospitalized for Covid, 26 fewer than on Monday. In addition, 41 citizens are in the ICU, two less. In addition, another 11,604 citizens are in home isolation after testing positive in any of the tests.

Of the total positives, 259 correspond to the municipality of Murcia, 108 to Cartagena, 39 to Molina de Segura, 26 to Águilas, 24 to Caravaca de la Cruz, 23 to Lorca, 19 to Cieza, 17 to San Javier, 15 to Torre Pacheco. , 14 to Totana, 13 to Ceuti. The rest are distributed by the other municipalities.
Even so, the pandemic claimed the lives of three people again on Tuesday. These are three women aged 87, 89 and 98; two from health area VII (Murcia Este) and one from area IX (Vega Alta del Segura). The total number of deaths since the beginning of the health crisis rises to 2,143.
