How to process the credential for the first time?

To process your INAPAM credential, you will need to gather and present several documents at the nearest Membership Module. Make sure you have both originals and copies of the following documents:
Proof of identity:
- Voting lisense.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport.
- IMSS or ISSSTE credential.
- INAPAM card (in case of replacement due to damage).
- Proof of residence issued by the local authority.
- Testimonial of the traditional indigenous, municipal or delegational authority.
- IMSS, ISSSTE or PEMEX card with photograph and stamp.

- For foreigners residing in Mexico, additional documents are required such as FM2 or FM3, – Naturalization Letter, temporary residence permit, or valid passport, along with proof of residence in Mexican territory.
Application
