Imperia – A Bentley, an Audi S4 Avant, a Mv Agusta F4 Senna, as well as company shares, were seized by the financiers of Imperia, following an investigation carried out against a luxury car dealer, who he had operated in total tax evasion.
The investigations resulted from one tax audit conducted by the Sanremo company, at the outcome of which the entrepreneur was denounced for failing to submit tax returns for the years in which he had been the owner of a car trading company, based in Santo Stefano al Mare. Between 2015 and 2016, the entrepreneur allegedly sold medium-high range vehicles in Italy in total tax evasion, thus accumulating over the years a debt to the tax authorities for approximately 130 thousand euros.
The financiers, therefore, after economic and patrimonial assessments on humans and analysis of the financial flows transited by the company current accounts, were able to reconstruct the revenues deriving from the sale of cars, which had been stolen from the company over time, until they were lost. trace. The seizure for an equivalent value, ordered by the Gip of the Court of Imperia at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was carried out in recent days following a search at a villa in Bordighera, inside which a Bentley Continental Gt Cabriolet, an Audi A4 S Avant were found 3.0 and an Mv Agusta F4 Senna racing bike produced in only 300 units, all attributable to the entrepreneur.
A share in a Dolceacqua company of which the entrepreneur appeared to be the owner was also seized.
