A real Finn an extraordinary indictment against the crime commissioner was read on Tuesday morning in the courts. According to the prosecutor, he was guilty of breach of duty due to neglecting the human trafficking investigation.
The charge concerns one human trafficking investigation in the construction industry, where the interested party, i.e. the victim of a possible crime, was a Ukrainian construction worker. Helsingin Sanomat reported that the police extensively in the story dealing with the problems of human trafficking degrees in 2021.

The indictment according to the crime commissioner of the Southwest Finland Police Department acted as the head of the human trafficking investigation and intentionally violated his official duty.
The crime commissioner closed the investigation in the spring of 2019 and did not submit the case for prosecution. He also did not consult the prosecutor before concluding the preliminary investigation, even though the nature and scope of the case would have required it, according to the indictment.

The prosecutor demands a fine for the policeman.
