Apartment seller Andrei Koivumäki went through difficult times. Now he is piloting his company's risk to growth, because he believes that housing sales will pick up faster than expected next year. It means that first-time home buyers may be in a hurry.

In a recent business arrangement, the real estate brokerage company Neliöt Liikkuu LKV, founded by Koivumäki, merges the real estate brokerage business of the larger Kodit.io LKV company, which operated under the Rive brand.
The company will more than double its size and expand from Helsinki to Pirkanmaa.
