Astala Isännöinti will merge into the Azännöinti Rantamäki, which belongs to Azets.
Property management Rantamäki is focused on the management of high-value properties in Helsinki’s city center and Astala Property Management’s housing companies located in Helsinki.
Property management With the merger of Rantamäki and Astala Management, Azets’ property management business employs about 70 people and its turnover rises to about 8 million euros, the company says in a press release.
Astala Isännöinti has been operating in Helsinki for 50 years.
“The acquisition makes it possible to combine decades of experience and an even stronger market position in Helsinki. The key personnel of both companies will continue in key positions in the company after the arrangement, ”says Azets’ CEO Ulla Nikkanen.
