Hockey Tappara’s solver Veli-Matti Savinainen on the jokers’ departure from KHL: “The right decision”

Experienced striker Veli-Matti Savinainen found a new puck home in the familiar Tappara when the Jokers’ KHL season ended with Russia’s declaration of war.

Savinainen enjoyed his eyes in Kouvola on Tuesday when Tappara applied for a spectacular 5–1 away win over KooKoo.
