Hockey Flying fan support tickets stolen in HIFK match

Vice-chairman of the Southern Finland Flying Fan Association Pekka Koivisto said on the spot that a bag containing support group tickets and Drumsticks had been stolen from the auditorium.

According to Koivisto, the fly fans left the ticket bag and sticks in the stands and left the place for a few minutes, after which the goods were lost.

“It’s pretty cowardly to go do that. It is not part of hockey culture to steal the goods of others, ”Koivisto lamented.

The fan group intends to file a criminal report on the case for the sake of principle. The monetary value of the tickets and sticks was a couple of hundred euros, but they had even more emotional value. The tickets were self-made.

“Police are currently investigating the matter. We have also talked to the police, ”Koivisto said.

“Our guys saw a couple of suspicious guys down there (in the auditorium), but you can’t know who it was.”
