Maravatío, Michoacán.- Violent events took over this morning MarawattMichoacán, where alleged members of the armed group Los Corrales shot up the facilities of the delegation of the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE)They ambushed State Police and also set fire to five vehicles.
According to information from the Michoacán Prosecutor’s Office itself, the armed attack perpetrated against its offices, located on Calle 16 de Septiembre, would have begun around 3:40 a.m. this Wednesday.
Due to the bursts that were launched against the building, the facade was marked with multiple holes. The officers immediately requested help from the security corporations, however, when the elements of the Michoacan State Police came to his aid ambushed and also attacked by members of an armed group.
This attack was recorded within the neighbor Municipality of Irimbo, where the police officers repelled the aggression, however, one of them was injured by a firearm projectile. After the act, the thugs fled the scene leaving a van abandoned with a report of theft.
