Juarez City.- The man killed by state elements this afternoon is an alleged private security escort, a corporation commander reported.
The reported version indicates that the officers detained the crew of a black Ford Taurus car for inspection on Adriatico and Polo Sur streets in the Rincones de Salvárcar subdivision.
However, the driver got out of the car and attacked the officers by shooting them, thus starting an exchange of shots that ended with the civilian killed.
A .40 caliber pistol was left lying next to the body. When they searched the deceased, they located a badge from a private security company that accredited him as an escort, as well as the serial number of the weapon with which he shot at the officers.
According to that badge, it identifies the supposed bodyguard as Jonathan VM.
In the vehicle, as a passenger, was Jonathan’s brother who was detained by the officers, but was not arrested because he did not participate in the attack and did not commit any other crime.
