An engineer shot dead a young man with a criminal record, whom he accused of trying to steal his car in the Buenos Aires town of San Justo, Argentina, reported judicial and police sources. It is the ninth violent death in La Matanza -province of Buenos Aires- in the last 24 days and the third in the last 72 hours.
