On the other hand, regarding the money corresponding to the distribution of profits, the Federal Labor Law establishes that workers can participate in the distribution made by the employer, according to the percentage determined by the National Commission for the Participation of Workers in the Business Profits, which currently is 10 percent of net profits, which will be divided into two equal parts.
In this sense, according to what is indicated in article 123 of the LFT, the first part of that 10% of profits It will be divided by the total number of workers that the company or employer has, with the aim that each one receives the same amount, regardless of their salary.
