Organized by IFEMA MADRID and by Smobhub, with the sponsorship and promotion of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility and the support of the Community of Madrid and the Madrid City Council, Global Mobility Call was born as a strategic event to position Spain as the international hub for sustainable mobility. The post-pandemic recovery, the Next Generation EU funds and the European Green Deal laid the essence of an event of international scope that celebrates its third edition from November 19 to 21.

World leaders, senior institutional representatives, business executives, experts and entrepreneurs will contribute to the result of an authentic ‘summit’ of sustainable mobility, in a very active environment of promoting alliances, public-private collaboration, dialogue, networking and innovation.
In this edition, GMC has the participation of international organizations of global relevance such as WWF, UN-Global Compact, UN-Habitat, PIARC, C40, Slocat, GIZ, International Energy Federation, among others, which strengthen their collaboration. 21st century sustainability

A set of proposals that will inform about the present and future of connectivity, digitalization and efficient management of road safety, promoting areas such as infrastructure development, road safety, parking, ‘last mile’ and urban mobility. A scenario marked by the relevance of the efficient application of digitalization.
As a model of sustainable air mobility, IBERIA will be present at the Global Mobility Call with a presentation on the sustainability of Aerospace transport, which will be titled ‘How to make Spain the European leader in SAF’. The company has just presented the new A321XLR transoceanic aircraft, which is positioned as one of the most efficient aircraft on the market, with fuel savings of more than 40% compared to wide-body models, maintaining the high comfort standards characteristic of other long-haul aircraft in the IBERIA fleet.
The event, which will be broadcast 24/7, 365 days a year thanks to the IFEMA MADRID LIVEConnect platform, will also feature the presentation of the first GMC 2023 Sustainable Mobility Report, which collects all the knowledge, debates and experiences exhibited in the 2023 edition.
