Olivier Giroud scored a huge goal in Empoli: the 2-0 penalty (which really didn't go down well with the Tuscan coach Andreazzoli…), going up to second place in the Serie A top scorers with 9 (4 on penalty) equal to Domenico Berardi and behind Lautaro Martinez (Toro are on the run with 16). Not only. The Milan striker reached double figures for the season (10 thanks to the goal against PSG) and also churned out 6 assists (5 in the league and 1 in the Champions League).
