Bad surprise for those who, owning the PS4 version of the full game, have redeemed Ghost of Tsushima Legends in version PS5 from the PlayStation Plus of this month, because the possibility of making the economic upgrade to the latest generation version of the full game has been removed.
Basically this is yet another problem caused by how PSN handles the various versions of the games. In this case, not very many are affected, but the case is still indicative.
Why does this happen? By redeeming the PS5 version of Ghost of Tsushima Legends the PSN blocks the discounted upgrade to the full game from PS4 because for the system the game is among those already owned, Legends being part of the Director’s Cut version. The only solution, in case you want to return to take advantage of thecheap upgradeis to contact Sony to request that Ghost of Tsushima Legends for PS5 be removed from the account.
Interestingly, if you want, you can still buy the full PS5 version of Ghost of Tsushima, which creates quite a bit of confusion.
For the rest we remind you that Ghost of Tsushima is available in PS4 and PS5 version.
