Today Hoyoverse presented the new features coming to Genshin Impact with the version 4.7 scheduled for the month of June, from new playable characters to limited-time events, to first taste of Natlanthe new nation that will be the backdrop to players’ adventures from version 5.0 onwards.
Version 4.7 of Genshin Impact is titled “Weave of Eternal Dreams” and will be available starting from June 5, 2024. Between one news and another, Hoyoverse has also revealed three new promotional codes to redeem 300 free Primogemme and more.
The update will introduce new main missions featuring the return of Dainsleif and revealing more secrets about the lost nation of Khaenri’ah. To these will be added secondary missions starring Clorinde, Sigewynne and more. There will also be some changes to the gameplay level, the most important being increasing the maximum resin stored from 160 to 200.
Before moving on to the news of the new characters and banners, below we propose the first teaser trailer for Natlan, the new fire nation that will presumably debut in version 5.0 towards the end of the summer. In these sequences we can see new volcanic and mountainous areas, as well as what will probably be the new central exploration mechanic, given that the film suggests that we will be able to take on the appearance of monsters of various kinds and exploit their abilities to move quickly in the world of play or even swim in lava.
The new banners and events
New update, new characters. In the first phase of version 4.7 the banner of the 5 stars Clorinde and Alhatiham, with Sethos as the new 4 star unit. In the second phase it will be Sigewinne and Furina’s turn.
Clorinde He is a 5-star character of Electro element. He uses swords for standard attacks and guns for charged attacks. By activating her elemental ability, Clorinde can perform a series of special attacks with Electro element swords and guns in rapid succession. Once a certain number of shots have been landed, based on the Life Link, they will be enhanced in terms of damage and range. Her elemental riot activates a Lifelink and deals massive damage to all enemies within a wide range.
Sigewinne is a 5-star Hydro element character who uses bows. His kit is designed to support the team with healing and contributing to the total damage dealt to enemies. His elemental ability launches a soap bubble that bounces off the ground and enemies, dealing damage and restoring the team’s HP. His Ultimate fires a beam in front of him that deals damage based on his maximum health points.
Sethos is a 4-star Electro element character who fights using bows. By charging his bow and accumulating elemental energy he can shoot arrows that pierce his enemies. His elemental ability deals Electro-type area damage and then performs a back dodge. Triggering an elemental reaction with this attack will recharge elemental energy for Sethos’ charged attacks. The Ultimate boosts basic attacks for a short time in proportion to the character’s Elemental Mastery stat.

In “Imaginarium Theater” players will find themselves in a magical room created by a sorcerer and become the protagonists of an imaginary show, facing various combat challenges with special rules and restrictions. In “Mutual Security Enhancg Simulation” we will face further strategic challenges where we will have to eliminate hordes of enemies by placing traps and various devices. Up for grabs is the exclusive 4-star Cloudforged bow and the materials to upgrade it.
Other combat challenges with special rules will be proposed by the “Endless Forms Most Martial” event, while in “Spino Doubleblaser” we will face shooter-style minigames, in which we will have to destroy balloons with cannons.
