From my point of view it is inappropriate, unreliable and unusable.

The psychiatrist then clarified that with his words he does not confirm that Alessia Pifferi was manipulated, since he has no video recordings to prove it. The conclusion of the report is that Alessia Pifferi presents, according to the expert appointed by the Court of Assizes of Milan, deficits of a neuropsychological nature, but at the same time amplifies existence.
We must not confuse IQ with intellectual disability.
