In the Ryazan region, in 2024, under the Clean Water program, they plan to build four new drinking water supply facilities. The project directorate of the Russian Ministry of Construction reported this on February 5.
“Work is planned on the construction of four more drinking water supply facilities in the city of Kasimov, the villages of Ukholovo, Ermish, and Pronsk,” said the head of the directorate, Dina Safiullina.
According to her, construction of a water treatment station is also underway in the village of Kadom.
As RIA clarifies “7 news”, water supply facilities will be built under the “Clean Water” program of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. In 2023, nine facilities in seven settlements were put into operation using it.
By the end of 2024, it is planned to provide drinking water from centralized water supply systems to 94.3% of the region’s residents; in cities this figure should reach 99.7%.
