EXERCISE 4. PERRIO ISOMETRIC

In a quadruped position, supporting forearms, knees and tip of the feet, we hold the dumbbell behind the knee and take it off the ground raised on the side. We endure in that position counting up to 12. In the next series we do it with the other leg.
