The leading specialist of the Phobos Center, Mikhail Leus, spoke about the return of the velvet season to the south of Russia, including the Crimea.
In conversation with the radio “TVNZ” On October 10, the specialist noted that at the weekend there was a fairly strong wind, a storm at sea and rains, but the weather in the south is already getting better.
Until the end of the week, there will be a return of the velvet season and comfortable temperatures from +4 to +9 degrees at night and up to +15 … +19 degrees during the day.
Leus added that precipitation and strong winds are not expected this week in southern Russia, notes RT.
On October 11, Mikhail Leus said that this year the cooling in Moscow is shifting by several weeks – until the end of October. In October, according to him, a sharp plunge into deep autumn is not expected.
On October 9, Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, said that the golden autumn in the Central Federal District would last another week. According to him, the weather conditions this week will be stable, writes “Moscow 24”.
This is due to the exit of the anticyclone from the west, which will delay the golden autumn. Precipitation may not be at all, and the wind will be weak.
