Juarez City.- The rain that fell this afternoon in the city has caused puddles and flooding of streets and avenues.
One of them is Morelia Avenue, where the water runs practically like a river current in the Del Real subdivision.
Given this situation, the Road Safety Coordination recommends that drivers take extreme precautions, drive below the speed limit and respect the distance between vehicles, but above all, drive in a courteous manner.
