Ribbon cutting for the start of production of the fifth generation Mini Cooper at the Oxford plant. For the occasion, a special event was organized in which Mini Plant Oxford associates and the Head of Mini, Stefanie Wurst, took part, during which the first three-door model was driven off the production line by Charlie Cooper, grandson of the legendary John Cooper.
The production of bodyshells, painting and final assembly takes place in the Mini Plant in Oxford. The Mini Cooper minimum 28,900 euros with the first deliveries expected in spring 2024.
