First Contact Entertainment – aka the team behind Firewall Zero Hour, FPS for PS VR – revealed that on the occasion of the game’s fourth anniversary it had a announcement excited to share, but had to postpone it for reasons beyond your control. This has given rise to the suspicion that this is something related to PS VR2.
As you can see in the tweet Below, First Contact Entertainment writes: “We want to thank every Firewall player for supporting us and helping us create a game we are proud of. It has been an amazing four years full of stories you have helped us tell.”
“We were hoping to be able to share some exciting news with you today, but due to circumstances beyond our control we have not been able to do so this time around. short delay before we can let everyone know what we’re working on. ”
There is therefore no official reason for the postponement and it is not necessarily linked to a new presentation of PS VR2, but it’s one of the possibilities especially considering that the team talks about “circumstances beyond our control” and the fact that the team has made a successful game for PS VR. A new collaboration with Sony is a logical consequence.
For now it’s just speculation, anyway. There is nothing left to do but wait for the parties involved to make announcements. For now, we only know what the PS VR2 release period is.
