The result left Esquadrão de Aço in 4th position in the ranking, with 6 points (3 points less than leader Jacuipense). Rubro-Negro appears one position lower in the table, with 5 points.
After a goalless first half, Vitória opened the scoring in the 11th minute of the final stage with a beautiful goal from Luidy. However, at 24′ Jonathan crossed and Rodallega took the opportunity to secure Bahia’s tie.
The Esquadrão de Aço returns to the field for the competition only next Wednesday (9), when it measures forces with Barcelona de Ilhéus. Four days later, Rubro-Negro visits Vitória da Conquista.
