FGR extradites alleged Polish drug trafficker detained in Jalisco after evading arrest for 10 years

Suspected Polish drug trafficker extradited in Zapopan and extradited to Polandwhere he was wanted for crimes of criminal association and against health.

The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic (FGR) Jalisco reported that handed over to the Polish authorities the accused identified as Tomasz “K”.

The alleged criminal worked between 2011 and 2013 in a criminal group that supplied, exported and transported cocaine across the borders of various European countries.

“The claimant dedicated to recruiting personnel for drug transportation and was in charge of making the financial arrangements of the organization,” said the FGR.

After the procedures, the indicated Tomasz ‘K’ was arrested in 2023 in Zapopan and subsequently, the Government of Mexico granted the extradition of the requested person to the Government of the Republic of Poland.

The subject was transferred to the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), to hand it over to Polish agents designated for transfer to that country.
