FGJCDMX investigates alleged abuse against a minor in Vocational 7 of the IPN; victim denies crime

The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) is already investigating the alleged rape of a minor under 15 years of age inside the Vocational 7 of the IPN in Iztapalapa, although the victim denies that it happened.

After the complaints made through various media in reference to the minor who would have been raped by two classmates and an adult during a party on the campus of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in the colony Santa Maria Aztahuacanmayor Iztapalapathe CDMX Prosecutor’s Office highlighted through its social networks that it has already opened the investigation folder for sexual assault against a teenager.

He also pointed out that the formal complaint was filed by the victim’s mother, who picked her up at the vocational school after receiving a call from the Directorate saying that the minor was feeling bad, so she was also General Coordination of Forensic Investigation and Expert Services of the FGJCDMX already carried out medical and chemical tests in order to corroborate the violation.

While noting that the Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Sexual Crimes will transfer the case to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Criminal Justice for Adolescents, the FGJCDMX pointed out that the best denies having been victim of some crimeso it did not file any complaint or accept the psychological intervention.

So the case

According to the first complaints, the vocational student was at a party where she took Four Loko that they offered her and that she would have been adulterated with narcotics, being sexually abused in a bathroom by a friend, a partner and an adult.

While, after receiving the call last Friday from the campus management because the minor was drunk and claimed to have pain in her belly, she would have been taken to a hospital, where she told her mother what had happened, who subsequently filed a complaint with the Public ministry.

Although other versions refer that the friends were the ones who took her to a hospital of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) after finding her in the bathroom, drunk, drugged and in pain, while there were only two attackers.
