Patrick Zaki will be able to continue his studies in the period that separates him from April 6, the date of the new hearing in the trial that sees him as a defendant, and on the part of the Alma Mater University of Bologna there is “full availability” towards him. This was stated by Zaki’s professor, Rita Monticelli, commenting with Adnkronos on the postponement of the trial to her student.
“The Gemma master and our University are ready to support Patrick in any way, including primarily in his studies”, continues the professor, hoping that the student can follow the lessons of the new semester online.
“I would have hoped for a definitive acquittal as of today”, underlines Monticelli, who then reveals that he spoke with Patrick after the decision of the Mansoura court. “We told him to keep his strength, hope and optimism steady and we are sure that on April 6 he will be able to return to Bologna to study. Bologna as a city and University are waiting for him”, he concludes, underlining the “optimism” shown by Patrick during the interview.
