The premier Mario Draghi signed on Dpcm which sets the guidelines for public administrations in view of the introduction of the obligation to Green pass to access workplaces. Obligation in force from next October 15th.
With this text the aim is to dissolve the last knots on the application of the provision and to clarify any doubts.
The guidelines in the Dpcm are the result of the joint work of the Minister of Public Administration Renato Brunetta and the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. The text illustrates the rules for its controls, who is responsible for them and how they must be carried out. The provisions regarding i exempt subjects from the vaccination campaign, the economic treatment in case of non-possession of the pass and the penalties for those who enter the office even without a green certificate.
In addition, on October 15 the return to the office for the employees of the Pa who until now had worked from home in smart working. To avoid gatherings, the Dpcm signed today, Tuesday 12 October, also contains specific provisions on flexibility for times of entry and exit from work. Download the pdf here.
