In 2021, it grew 60% and expanded its team by 88%, going from 127 to 240 employees – and of the 160 new hires, 71% were women. During the year, the agency maintained operations in the home office, working on accounts such as Quem Disse, Berenice?, Mercado Livre, BTG, HBO, O Boticário and Tramontina. “The acceleration of the last two years will continue, from the QR Code on the menu to purchase at live,” says co-CEO Guilherme Natorf.
Over its 20 years of existence, W3Haus received proposals and only agreed last year to be acquired by the Brazilian multinational Stefanini, in search of muscle, as it remained independent. With that, they intend to increase their sales by 20 times in the next two years.
