The Armored Brigade treated the letters with humor on social media.
Better late than never. This seems to be the thinking of men who have already completed their military service and who, according to the Armored Brigade, have come to the streets after stealing goods at the end of their service.
Armored brigade said on Twitter on Twitter after receiving a letter in which a man who had disembarked from the army in 1977 sent with him a bronze “slut”.
The man said he stole it at the end of his service from a “sign at the end of the downstairs hallway”. He called his actions reckless.
“I’ve been going to return the puddle several times, but it’s always lost in the stuff. But now with the move, it popped up, and that’s why now I want to restore it and greatly apologize for my actions that were childish, ”the man wrote.
“I hope the puddle gets its place in the hallway of the first armored company, where it was at the time.”
The sender signed his letter with the text “Armor still!”.
Armored brigade also received another similar, albeit slightly more recent, letter. According to the picture, the letter addressed to the Vääpeli office contained at least one 50-euro banknote.
The former rookie of Arrival Lot 2/19 wrote a list of goods he had “stolen from the state” in his time.
He had, according to his words, stolen two tightening bandages, a bedspread, a duvet cover, three leather gloves and a towel.
“I want to compensate my crime with the attached fee. That should be enough, according to my bills, ”the letter read.
Armored brigade treated letters with humor on social media.
“#Material responsibility and #humanity are familiar concepts to all Indian and conscripts. Sometimes that material responsibility only wakes up much later, but this is how it can be this time. Better late .. ?? ”, the troop department wrote with a snapshot of the waves.
From the photos that open on Tweet, you can see the bronze plate and the letters in their entirety. The HS did not reach the representatives of the Armored Brigade on Thursday night to tell more about the matter.
