According to information from the latest State Civil Defense bulletin, 9,581 people are in shelters and 32,640 are homeless
The number of deaths due to the rains in Rio Grande do Sul reached 57, according to information released this Saturday (May 4, 2024) by the State Civil Defense. Another 67 people remain missing.
Inmet (National Institute of Meteorology) kept red alert (great danger) for this Saturday (May 4) in the northern part of Rio Grande do Sul. Some regions of the State are on orange (danger) and yellow (potential danger) alert.
