‘Beauty’ is the label that Art History has used to talk about sculptures about women or female figures. Also for ‘El David’ by Michelangelo, with the difference of serving as a world aesthetic canon. And that’s where the Argentine artist Pons points. With respect for the teachers –and using paper, cardboard and tape–, he proposes to turn that look around, making the classics some brave protagonists.
