Department of Health and Welfare (THL) recommended to the government on Tuesdaythat the use of the corona passport be suspended as soon as possible in high-risk situations. In THL’s view, restaurant operations in particular should be more strictly restricted so that they can no longer be derogated from with a corona passport.
The THL considered that the activities of children and young people should be restricted as a last resort and that there would be no need to close schools.
