Before dedicating himself to singing, Frank Ríos made a living cleaning niches and placing flowers in coffins because he lived near a cemetery in Piura. Due to the need, he began to sing in the peñas and in the bars. Until that moment, I didn’t see music as a passion and less as a profession.

Even though he was a minor, Frank Ríos managed to enter Serrano Heart, in 2008. In a conversation with the youtuber Luis Peña, the man from Piura recalled that he did a small casting in Ayabaca, where his mother made a pilgrimage for her devotion to the Captive Lord of Ayabaca. The opportunity came to him after praying for a job that would keep him away from bad meetings.
