China has tested a new hypersonic nuclear missile. How informs Financial Times, citing informed sources, the launch took place in August, and the capabilities of China’s advanced space development shocked the Pentagon.
A rocket with a hypersonic gliding aircraft flew through low-orbit space, circling the globe, and then descended to hit the target. However, according to sources, the hit did not occur, US intelligence notes that the undershoot was about 33 kilometers.
“We have no idea how they did it,” US intelligence officials said. China has added far more significant advances in hypersonic weapons than United States officials had anticipated.

The launch is planned from the Kalyak test site off the southern coast of Alaska to the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands, the flight range based on the declared coordinates will be about two thousand kilometers.
